can emerald get too big?

I bought several emerald crabs a few months ago. This morning I was maintaining my tank, and wow, one of them is really big. will they keep growing? how big can they get? his body is about the size of a pecan ( large one!)

A tilted jar baited with shrimp is a good way to catch him.
