what is this???

tank has been running for about 3 months now. Here's a current shot.

I've notices two white "things" growing. They don't grow super fast but I just need to know if it's something I should try and take care of or if it's nothing harmful.

I also have these "sponges" growing in random places. Is it harmful? Is there maybe a type of shrimp that would eat these things?

The white things look like rock anemonies to me.

The pineapple sponges are totally fine. Just harmless filter feeders, my sump is full of them! I'm not really sure what that is around the polyps though...

the first white thing looks like some kind of tunicate. The second looks like a sponge. Third pic is pineapple sponges. All are harmless. They will come and go.
