Can any old MP40W module work for the upgrade?

When doing the mp20 to mp40 Upgrade, I need the Power supply too right?

Yes, any MP40 module (except for the ecosmart I think) will work and yes you will need to buy the power supply from Vortech - MP20 power supply is not compatible with the MP40 driver.

Any mp40 driver, including the Ecosmart, is cross compatible with the mp20. I upgraded my mp20 to a mp40w ES. all I had to do was change the driver and the power supply. Worked like a charm! :)
