4 days ago I installed a new Reef Octopus BH2000 HOB protein skimmer on my 72 gallon Bow front and it appears to working but only skims gunk after I feed. I did a 90% water change after changing from a dock fish with live rock to a reef tank 2 weeks ago. At this time I only have a Royal Gramma and small goby so I don't feed very often and very little food. Is it possible there is just nothing in the water for the skimmer to skim or is it still breaking in? Thanks in advance
