I would like to know what size everyone uses. I order filter socks for work all the time and I have spoken to the company about purchasing for my personal use. I have been using a store bought 200 micron that I put pillow stuffing in and I just put in a 25 micron for testing. I also have a 5 micron to play with.

Just wanting to know what size and the normal price people want to pay; besides FREE. I will probably have to purchase like 100 filters at one time. Here is a couple of pictures, the small sock is about 4” dia and 8” long is the 5 micron and the large one has a 1/3 folded in on the bottom, LOL. It’s about 7” dia and about 24” long. Both have a sewn in ring and a handle at the top.

***Update the 25 micron filter works great and the 5 micron was over flowing in like 10 min. just a side note as I have cloudy water due to not washing LIVE SAND. Lesson learned!!! I think I would rather use a shrimp and or LR and use washed dry sand in the future.
