I am currently adding a sump to my Biocube 29 HQI and will upgrade my skimmer at the same time. I currently have the stock Biocube skimmer. It isn't perfect, but it did its job.
On to the question: Is there any negative to adding a skimmer that is larger than necessary? For instance, a Tunze 9002 is a great fit, but would adding a 9006 have any benefit or negative?
If this was addressed on another thread, just let me know. I searched but didn't find any.
