I am looking at restocking my 90 and I love leopard wrasses. I am just wondering how many I could put without there being an issue for food or aggression. the 90 has been up for 2 years and the rock is from a build over 5 years old. Lots of pods and an active fuge. I read the primer and there is a lot of good info, just looking at any other thoughts.

Do you want to keep a single species or several species? How do you plan to QT the incoming wrasses? Are you going to put any other fish in the aquarium?

It's not so much about the size of your tank, but about the pod population in your tank. multiple leopards can wipe out an entire pod population pretty quickly.

Add Juvis all at once. How much can you feed?
Why is the leopard wrasse listed as Expert Only in live Aquaria?

They are very difficult if you are unable to feed them properly.

they are extremely difficult to adjust to new systems and difficult to feed.
I had 2 female MM's and a Potters for a year or 2 all "peachy"......
I added a Male MM, and all 'ell broke lose! I almost lost the Male which was getting harrassed bt the Potter's Leopard, now the Potter's is starting to recover after it looked like it was about dead 2 days ago! It's not "out of the wood's yet!"

I have one blue star leopard and he wiped out my whole pod pop in weeks but he eats anything I put in the tank. Flake food, pellets and loves frozen anything.
