i have had nothing but problems out of this apex. now it wont power up at all. and on top of it everytime i call for support the line either rings busy or nobody answers. i did get a call back 3 days later after leaving a message. but then i was at work and couldn't mess with it then. im very disappointed

Send a message describing your problem to: [email protected]

Email is usually the best way to get a response from Neptune.

FYI, this is a user supported forum. Neptune reps seldom monitor this forum.
As mentioned by wwanthony, the best method to contact Neptune support is via email.

What's the problem - are you getting any status lights on the Apex or EB8?
