My clown tang has been acting weird lately. I know he's an active swimmer but he has been going up on the surface of the right front corner alot. Today I discovered him laying sideways on that corner surface flapping one of the fins out of the water.
Wanna see if he's caught any type of diseases. Anyone have experience with a fish with this type of behavior?

How old is this tank and size?
Whats used for water flow?
Is there a lid on the tank?
Do you know water readings?

Not a new tank. I have various tangs and other fishes and no problem whatsoever. Tank is Rimless. This is a SPS dominated tank so I believe I have sufficient amount of flows in it. Water is prestine. My skimmer is dialed very agressively as well.
300 gallon system with 40gallon water change weekly.
