Just wondering what everyone feeds their pygmy angel?
Currently, I'm feeding my new member reef crack.

I started off with frozen mysis and frozen angel formula for about 3 weeks (mine came from a friend's tank but it didn't take kindly to be being moved and it went on hunger strike for 9 days). During the 4th week I started to add NLS finnicky eater formula. During the 5th week I swapped the finnicky eater pellets for regular NLS marine pellets. I then started to introduce brine shrimp flakes, spirulina flakes etc.
Now I feed a variety of the foods listed above and my pygmy eats pretty much anything and from my hand.

I start them on mysis and appropriately-sized NLS pellets. Eventually, they'll eat anything and everything you put in the tank. By "reef crack" do you mean frozen brine shrimp? If so, I would transition him to mysis by mixing them, then replacing the brine altogether.

Are you referring to C. argi or all dwarf angels?
I currently have 5 dwarf angels, and feed them a mix...
Rod's food -- red, blue and green labels
LifeLine's Herbivore mix
Spectrum pellets
Prime Reef
PE mysis
Angel formula

I have two centopyge & 1 paracentropyge. I feed all of them a variety of Hikari mysis, Hikari spirulina brine, ON angel formula, ON #2, NLS pellets, ON #2 flakes, ON spirulina flakes, & nori. I'm sure I missed a few foods but you get the idea. You need to mix it up for success.
