Post your questions for Ecotech here (on topic please):

1. How do you review a saved program? (each time you open the saved program the settings are altered).

2. Same for editing saved programs? (what's the point in saving it if it has to be re-done from scratch each time?)

3. How can you view your current settings in real time?

4. How do you program multiple lights individually? Can it be done in a single program without having to hook up the usb to each light?

Ed- Please refer to our community page (community.ecotechmarine.com) where you can interact with other EcoTech Marine users and staff.

Several of the questions you asked have been answered in recent posts, but please feel free to make another if you are still unsure about anything.

I tried and I can't. I'm not a part of Facebook or Twitter and didn't have a password to login.

bump. Is there a way to get my questions answered without joining twiiter or facebook? Which I have no intentions of doing. I would think my spending $2250 on lights would qualify me moreso than being a member of one of those groups.

Thanks Ted. I'll give that a try. I don't know why they couldn't just answer some questions on here. I thought that was the purpose of this forum.

I am confused too. Why the redirection to your community page? Is EcoTech planning on leaving Reef Central?

The reason for us redirecting to our community page is because many of the questions asked here on the RC forum have already been answered by other users and employees.

Additionally, it offers direct, time-sensitive responses from our staff, whereas here on ReefCentral it may take a bit of time to receive a response from Tim or myself.
