worm ID?

hi I think these are bristle worms but not sure. They are really skinny and about 1 inch long with like brown dashes along the whole body I think they might be legs. The whole body is colored sort of maroonish redish. They live in the live rock and I've seen two packs of them probaly about 5 in each pack. They are in my 29 biocube, I think they are babys. any way I need to know if They are going to hurt my system? IF so can you tell me how to get rid of them.

Hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks more like a brittle star to me.
