Any problems running Ts on vertical return pipe instead of horzontal?

Instead of running a couple Ts on the horizontal part of return pipe to feed reactors, I was thinking I could run them on the vertical section right after the pump. Will there be any problem doing it this way?

No problem with that. That is exactly how mine are plumbed. I have two T's on a vertical portion of my return feeding both my reactor manifold and my chiller line.
