Have had my Apex for a couple of months. Tonight I tried to get into the configuration menu online and I am getting no response. I can click on graphs, data logs, status and everything works as expected. I turned power off to the system and restarted. No luck. Also closed and reopened my Firefox session (using a mac) with no luck.
Any help/suggestions appreciated.
Thanks!

I would try the following:
Clear your browser cache
Try a different browser
Reload the web pages part of the firmware update process
One of those should work.

I use FF for almost all browsing, but under Windows, I use IE for accessing the Apex, and when running MacOS, I use Safari. FF on either operating system often hangs on loading the Apex web main page. It will usually load OK if you wait about 10 seconds then refresh the page.

Thank you both for the suggestions. I was able to get it working using Safari. Very strange since its been working perfectly with Firefox for a couple of months

I get that all the time with FF on a Mac... Usually I can click on config then data-logs then click on config and it works... Always works in Safari...
The upside is it works on a Mac, can't say the same for my 'other' controller.
