Omega One Marine Flakes?

Is this a nutritious meal for my nano fish? Should I feed it regularly? The fish sure do love it.

i feed ocean nutrition prime reef flake and its pretty good. if that has a similar ingredient list, then it should be good. the best foods would have all marine ingredients though. the lower wheat is on the ingredient list the better. if they will take pellets, that's probably better.
