tiny white nem? stuck to glass

Hi, just set up my tank with live rock. There is a tiny white blob stuck to the glass that has tentacles. It's about the size of a pencil head. I have to use a magnifying glass to see the tentacles. What is it?

Search pics of Hydroids and see if they look like what you have. It could be the Medusa stage.

thanks for the replies! The little guy let go and floated around for awhile then disappeared behind the rock. I was not able to id him looking at the pics on the sites provided, but they are great sites!
