Do any of you keep reef journals documenting changes and/or additions to your tank? I have a spreadsheet for the chemistry but haven't started a journal yet and was wondering what type of info or format others use.

I have an Excel spreadsheet I use with the final column being notes. I note any fish I add, dosing I've done, weird thing I saw in the tank, etc. So far seems to work, nothing fancy though.

Scribbled on a notepad. :)

Though I have a calendar I also use for notes.

I do the same thing, just keep notes on a side column. I've kept a journal like that for years and it works well for me.

I just keep an excel spreadsheet of every aquarium related thing I purchase and another one of all my water tests.
