Will SE 250 watt Radium bulbs work alright with a lumatek 250 watt electronic ballast (non-selectable)? Work good? Work bad? What will happen, etc?

Yes it will work fine on any of the lumatek 250 watt electronic ballasts or any electronic ballast. It needs a pulse start, and all electronic ballasts do pulse start.
