is that good to use for raising the PH saftly???
Salinity 1.025
nitrate 0000
nitrite 0000
amonia 0000
ALK 10.3/1800 ppm's
PH color wise had to be below 7.8, very lite brown color in the tube.

No, it will not be useful in seawater because it cannot dissolve in reef tank water. I discuss it here:

I tried it about 5 years ago, and all it did was percipitate into my system. all it is is liquid sand!
