Anyone run a 150W Radium on 175W setting on lumatek ballast?

Would running the 150 watt radium at 175 watts on a select-a-watt (galaxy or lumatek) ballast be equivalent to running it at HQI?

Also, how does the 150w radium bulb compare to the 400 watt in terms of spectrum?
