Wil they pollute my tank if scared or injured. I was told this cucumber does not and i am cautious because I was told all cucumbers can kill a tank??

I had the small yellow before, they die but don't cause anything in my tank. But I have a 150g and these guys are small.

Had one in my 120, loved watching him feed. I dropped a par38 for a few hours in the sump, the only thing that died was my sps. Also had a tiger tail in there.

If your tank is established, I say go for it.

I had 2 yellow cucumbers each around 4" in my 125 gallon reef tank, one day the both disappeared and within a week i had lost all my coral (softies and lps), a salfin tang, clownfish, flame angel, foxface, and long nose butterfly. I have no idea if the deaths of the cuc's caused it but there were no other reasons i could find as to why everything suddenly died off.

I have a 3'' yellow cucumber that I caught in West Palm Beach diving. He's been great, I recently moved my whole tank, dropped a rock on him, and left him in an ice chest for 3 days. Hasn't given any troubles at all even with that stress.

I have a couple of tiger tail ~8". All they do is eat dirty sand and poop out clean sand all day. I thought these guy only release their toxic/innards only when something life threaten to them. I could be wrong.
