I noticed yesterday that on one of my liverocks there is pink hair on it, it is not long any idea what this may be? Is it good or bad for my tank?

really need a photo., but if it looks like cotton it's a type of algae that often appears in new tanks. Big Mexican Turbo snails love the stuff.

Haha, I tried to get a picture of it but it does not show it well in the picture

I saw your new thread on another board, did you not check the link provided above? Try googling cotton candy algae and see if that's it.
