I just got my biocube 14g uP and cycling. But right now I ha eg low salinity about 1.0017...
What's the fastest way to being up the salinityand how do this accurately? Also how damaging is it to the live rocks and sand?

Not harmful at all! Just add a little salt and let it mix. Check your salinity and adjust some more if you need to.

If there were fish in the tank I would suggest disolving the salt in just a little water and add the mixture to the tank slowly, checking often so you dont over do it, once the salt had FULLY disolved.

I had this happen to me one of the first times I tried to mix saltwater. The way I did it was whenever I did a top off, I used the correct salinity water. Do the same with water changes. After a couple weeks you should be seeing the numbers you want

Use saline water for top-off until you get the right salinity.

+1 that's the easiest way to do it! Also, that salinity will be fine for now, just slowly raise it using this method.
