Toadstool question

OK, I succumbed to impulsebuytish. I bought this toadstool Friday without knowing much about it other than it was quite easy to keep with flow and light. It was acclimated over an hour or so and put into my tank in the evening after lights out other than the moon led's. I really like it and it seems to be doing well. But when I got up this morning and saw it just after the actinic's came on it was relatively flatish looking. Then when the MH's came on it gradually seemed to stand up like it is in the pic below.

Questions:
1) Is this normal?
2) Is that a positive or negative reaction to the light?
3) If it's positive, should I be raising it up in the tank? Right now it's on the sand bed, 24" from the light.
ANY other insights on this cool thing is greatly appreciated.

1 it is normal
2 they close up at night (for the most part) not a negative reaction to the light but just waking up :}
3 They dont require alot of light so some up adjustment might be ok but where it is should be fine.

Your MH will cook it if it's too high.
