So, I changed my membrane a while ago.

I followed the instructions, at least I thought I did.

But now water jets out from the where the two pieces of the cannister meet. It's been a long day and I'm probably not making any sense.

I used some of the recommended lubricant. Maybe I did not push the membrane in correctly.

Did I ruin this thing already? ARRRGGHHHHH!

Shouldn't be ruined. Unscrew the top and remove the membrane. Check the O ring placement and reinsert it making sure it fully seats. Put the top back on making sure the O ring on that is in place and re try running it.

If the oring is trashed on the membrane housing put the membrane in a freezer bag.

If they dry out they are ruined.

Ace hardware carries orings. Just take the old one in and they should be able to match up a new one.
