Hello,

I programmed my apex for my peristaltic pump for top off using the OSC function. Ive noticed the pump stays on way to long and not for the period of time I have it set to. After two days, its clear by the water level in my sump. My off cycle is also shorter than it should be. Any way here is my coding.

Fallback Off

OSC 05:55/00:15/00:00 Then ON

My intent was to have the pump run for 15s and off for almost six minuets.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

That looks correct. Have you tried Graphing the outlet? It will show how the outlet is cycling. Is this pump on a mechanical relay outlet (4/8)? I assume it is a low wattage device, and those don't work well on the Triac outlets (1-3,5-7). Does the outlet have a unique name? If not the Apex will behave erratically.

The pump is on 7, so I will try it on 8. I have my lighting on 8 right now.

I dont know what the wattage of the pump is but not very much im sure. Its just a brs doser.

The outlet is named "topoff" and I dont have any other outlets named anything similar.

What does the outlet log show? Is the pump on Outlet 4 or 8?

I just looked at the graph and the outlet says it was switching as to what I have it programed for. But I timed its cycle, and its way off.

Ok switched the pump to to 8. working much better now. the cycle is in perfect sync with my timing.
