Controller with loose connection?

I bought two new MP40's...first one worked, second did not.

The second pump would turn on, flash from white to green then to red...then turn off. I spoke with Bret today about this...He recommended I turn off some other electronics and try again...

Well I found the issue.

My controllers are fixed to my stand using velcro. I pulled the controller in question off and noticed that I was missing a screw in the back. When I turned the controller around to look, it came back on, then off. I jiggled the pump cord and it would come on, then off.

I think there is a bad connection inside the controller...

It sounds like the RF Module might be loose inside of the controller, as discovered when speaking with Brett. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns.

Yup...called Bret today and he had me crack open the controller work and through the issue. Seems to be working fine now. I will admit however that the case was a bit tricky to close up!
