turn off pumps and leave off for a while. I tend to feed a bit to the aptaisia and then just cover them entirely. The key ith these products is to do it weekly-often you will have smaller ones manifest from the remaining tissue. By using weekly on anything you see you will eventually get on top of it.

I got a great deal on some nps colonies a while back and they were covered with aiptasia. I have a breeding population of Beghia nudibranches that take care of any small ones but won't touch the big boys so I gave in and bought some AipX last week

If it's possible for you to do, I would suggest taking any small rocks or corals out, placing them in a bowl with the tank water and killing them in there. There's far less chance of the ap spreading that way and it's much, Much easier to get them. They'll be back out 5 minutes after being put in the bowl. This is especially good with any polyp corals (like my nps's) as you don't have to worry about them ingesting the X. It doesn't seem to harm them, as I had others I had to treat in the tank but better safe than sorry, I think. The ease of hitting the aiptasia that way makes it worth it, by far
