I have had the Apex running for about 6 months without any problems. Yesterday at work I get an alarm Sump High Level. When I get home everything that is supposed to be shutdown is. I believe one of the floats must have stuck so I clean them. When I get everything back together the Top-Off pump will not turn off. When I look at the status screen Top-Off is in auto and off. I unplugged the pump because I didn’t have time to look into the problem. Today I get home and all three dosing pump are running. Looking at the status screen same thing all in auto and off. Has anyone had this problem?

What outlets are the ATO & dosing pumps plugged into?

Very low power devices like small pumps shoudl be in outlets #4 or #8, which use mechanical relays. The other outlets use an electronic switch called a TRIAC, which sometime do not actually turn off when a very low power device is connected. Typically, devices using less than 5-6 watts of power are affected.

I guess my next question is why it took 6 months to start acting up? Or could it be something else?

Good question. Do some testing by turning each outlet on and off manually several times. Ifany of those outlets doesn't turn off consistently, repeat the test with a higher power device like a table lamp.

I will change some outlets around and see what happens. Thanks for the info.
