Anyone use this product whether you have live reef or fake reef. What was your experience using it? Was it effective in treating/clearing up your fish's fungal problems? Did all/most/some of your fish survive through the treatment?

I just read all of the benefits from it. of course you'll need to turn off the skimmer and take out any activated carbon for maximum efficiency. They say it won't effect the biological bacteria, it won't deplete the oxygen levels or PH/KH. It doesn't have any harmful metals, zinc/copper etc. it's all natural and organic, it won't harm fish or inverts, although some corals may fold up during treatment.

It didn't say anything about effecting or not effecting fish and other inhibitants appetite, suppressing it? It said it won't effect the efficiency of the u.v. but never said anything about a u.v. sterilizer effecting the treatment's efficiency.

They said if there's any die off, it's not because of the Rid-Fungus treatment, but due to the poor water quality in the owners tank and extremely poor fish's health to begin with. With that said, it sounds pretty safe, yet still a bit risky not having the skimmer u.v. or carbon in the tank during the full treatment duration without any water changes which they recommend to not do until treatment is complete.

I still would like to hear other's reviews on it before using.
