Tankmates for Goldenheart trigger in a 150?

I have a goldenheart trigger in a 150 gallon 5' x 2' x 2'
1.) He is about 5" now, how long do you think I can keep him before I need to upgrade?

2.) Do you think I can keep any tankmates with him (no damsels for now)? I'm thinking one or more wrasses?

they grow big and do so fast but, are "peaceful" as far as trigs go...I have two, in 2 tanks...both tanks have other trigs, angels, tang...
my ghs are with titan, queen, huma, white tail, clown, and pink tail trigs...and emp, queen, cortez, hawaiian flame and false shepards angels, sohal tang, and a garibaldi....the white tail trig is a pita as is the garibladi...
