Tiny bubbles... Coat everything

Im battling cyano in my office nano. I've noticed that bubbles form on everything over the course of the day. Are the two related?

It could be the oxygen the algae is releasing

I get bubbles from cyano, it can be on my sand that is covered by it or even a power head wire. I'd say they are definitely related if you have a major cyano problem.
