Both my cleaner shrimp have eggs under there tails. What do I need to do if I want to try and raise them..??

they can form eggs but they need to be fertalized to have them hatch and raising them is extremely hard to do. if you manage to get one to live past 120 days you will be one of the very few who can

I tried very hard to raise them a few years ago. I could keep them alive for a few weeks (just enough to tell they were baby shrimp) and then they would die. Its great food for your reef though!

I wonder what the fry eat?

Can anyone post up a link with any information... I've tried but can't seem to find anything substantial.

Skunk cleaner shrimp are hermaphrodites, both male and female. As others have said, it's virtually impossible to raise them, especially in normal home aquariums.

the last time my shrimp had eggs i watched the shrimp release what i thought where eggs until i seen them swimming, they where larval shrimp forsure, twitching like crazy to get away from from my yellow tail damsel...feeding frenzy lasted about 30 seconds and they where all gone...
