Alright so im practicing hatching brine shrimp for when i finally get my dwarf tank set up.

Ok so i just hatched a batch of brine yesterday. During the enrichment process do you keep the airline on like when they were hatching?

Yes, you always keep aeration going at any stage of growth/enrichment. You only remove air to let crap settle before siphoning off the nauplii.
After hatching, let them grow out for a day so they reach the 2nd instar stage where they now develop a complete digestive system. 1st instar stage they cannot eat.
Using new water and your enrichment with the aeration, let it run for 12 hours and then for best enrichment, change the water and enrichment material and run again for 12 hours.
Again, rinse well before feeding them to your dwarfs.
Don't overdo the enrichment quantity as it can kill the brine shrimp nauplii.
