This fish was in my QT for a week or so and looked healthy but it started showing signs of some growth on its dorsal and anal fins. It doesn't look like ich to me, but I'm not 100% sure. Her body has no imperfections...only the few spots on the edge of her fins.

She's already in the QT tank that I dosed with PraziPro yesterday...hasn't been a full day yet.

Looks like lymphocytosis. It's a viral infection akin to warts. Generally it will resolve itself with good water quality and a good diet.

I was going to ask the same question about my yellow tang with those same signs of lympho but just went away today with a good water change, and I've got him to start eating the nori off the clip.

i am pretty sure it is lymphocytosis. it may take months before it disappears. It is usually benign. Important normal water parameters, feeding well and stay stress free. Vitamins may help. No etiological treatment known. Some have tried freshwater dips ( i dont have experience nor recommend it) with variable success ( What do experience reefers say about this ?). It may complicate with bacterial infection.

I was told that Acriflavine can help eradicate this...anybody else try this treatment?

I had this same issue with a yellow tang. It went away after a couple of weeks with good feeding and good water quality.
