New 75 Gal now what?

I got my Tank 75 Gal. I have a sump, but no overflow.
And an icecap 660 ballast, but no VHO or t5 light's wired.

What do I need now to go salty...

What is your ultimate goal for this tank? Reef, FOWLR?

I would like some corrals that are easy to keep and fish of course?

Well then you have a lot of decisions to make. Things you will need to decide on regarding just equipment include some of the following:
Overflow
Lighting
Skimmer
Powerheads
Heaters

Once you get all that taken care of then you can start thinking about substrate and live rock and then go from there.
