Hello. Please don't mind the color. Its a special technique to bring out the natural fluorescence but apparently I have this coral identified wrong. Can someone help me with a proper ID. Thanks.

The owner believes its a Elephant Ear Mushroom? correct?

It is not Riccordea florida. Riccordea have smooth vessicles. More likely Rhodactis (inchoata spelling?). Cool picture, anyway.
