I have never ordered from reefcleaners and would like to give them a try. I live in CT and wondered if the inverts can survive the shipping, sitting in a mail truck all day.It is supposed to be in the 40's daytime and 20's nighttime. I would pay for the express mail. I want to order snails, starfish.

Should go fine as long as blizzards and the like aren't grounding planes. We use heat packs when necessary You can shoot me your zip code to check if you live in an overnight by noon location. (The stars require it)

I just got my order in today, everything is DEAD!! ice cold, and paid almost $30 for shipping, they put in a small heat pack but no other insulation, and almost every bag had no water left in it!!!
Try to call the company, you cant get anyone to answer the phone.

I caught the emails, I am sorry I didnt see this post until now. I dont think it was the cold, the next day items took a hit b/c it was a 2 day delivery. Good to hear they are coming around, keep me posted.

Sorry about the phone hours again, when I sent the number I had told you we were divers and keep odd hours. I should have explained what I meant by that. In any event, just email us if you have trouble, I see we have been able to get to them within one business hour each time and we should be able to keep that pace up.

The package took 2 days though from the tracking if it is the one I think it is. I have been discussing a replacement with them via email. I think we shared a few emails on the subject of the delay though, so if I have the wrong person please email me. I am not sure who you are by screen name, and it seems from the posts here I may be thinking of 2 different packages?
