Adding corals

I have had a few anemones for almost a year and I am now wanting to add a few corals. My question is if I add amino acids and marine snow for food will a uv light or ozone kill the benifits of the supplements?

Not noticeably. Ozone will have some degradation effects, but most amino acids will not be especially sensitive to ozone or UV.

Do you use ozone and UV now? If not, I wouldn't rush to add them.

No I don't use either one now but was thinkng of adding a uv sometime down the line.

At the moment I do not use either. Most reefers do not use UV, although some do. Ozone for water clarity has its uses, but it may also have drawbacks and I've stopped using it out of concern over HLLE diseases in fish.
