One of my clowns has her mouth about half way open all day today. She tries to eat but food just falls out of her mouth. I really have no idea what could be wrong or what to do to help her. Here are a couple pics if it helps.
I am going to make them links since they are so big.

Injury followed by bacterial infection and swelling, would be my guess. A broad spectrum antibiotic administered in quarantine.
On cure, reintroduce slowly, via net: a clown can be stung to death by their own anemone if the slime coat is removed by treatment.

I setup a 10 gallon tank with a HOB mechanical filter with a sponge and biomedia. Dosed the tank with Seachem NeoPlex

The guy at the LFS said that perhaps she had something lodged in her mouth or some type of gill damage in which case there wasn't anything I could do. I didn't really agree with that since she is trying to eat just unable to "get it down the hatch"
