I know I'm paranoid... but I just want to make sure.

So a little while ago, I posted about using a plastic container to house some live rock and water for a little while. The past week, it's been really hot, and the container has been inside, with no ac, and the lid on. Do you think the heat would have caused the plastic to leach or is the rock still okay to use?

I can't look under it, because it's filled with water, and for some reason I can't access the "all threads started by..." and see what I wrote, but I am almost certain it is 5.

Also, I jut looked at the rock, and it appears that bristle worms are currently living in them, but I don't know if they are much more hardy than everything else, or if they would be an okay indicator.

If it had the number 5 in the recycle symbol, its polypropylene and is reef safe.
