Flange for connection to Acrylic Tube

Anyone know where I can purchase a flange to connect a 3/4" Union fitting to a 3/8" thick - 5 1/2" OD Acrylic Tube? Something like in the above picture. I would like to go through the Acrylic tube like this shows. Don't want to use a UniSeal because I want something more rigid and permanent.

uniseals are great. why would you think a uniseal is not perminate? they shouldnt ever leak if installed properly.

(you can use WO 40-42 to attach PVC to acrylic)

if you don't wish to use an Uniseal, you can always drill and tap the acrylic to use a nipple...
