Would I be able to keep two golden dwarf morays in a 35 gallon cube. Filtration should be sufficient, mainly worried about space/fighting.

Yes you should be ok, just make sure to have enough live rock. I have kept a couple of mine in a 29 bio cube with no issues.

Do you know how to sex them, I plan to order two from either my Lfs, or the guy on eBay who sells them

No there really isn't any acurate way to sex them. Some morays can be sexed somewhat by there teeth but not the GDM's.
