apex problem

MY apex display screen is black, I shine a flashlight and you can see a black box. Any suggestions?

I dont have this connected to my network and never have.

so im tryin to add it to network i type in http://apex.

it asks for username and password where do i find this at?

I got it figured out, had to update some things.
