Green Hair Algae.

Solution:

Mexican Turbo snails
Sea Hare
Lawn Mower Blenny (It mows down Hair algae)

Also, do a 25% Water Change a week, to lower the nutrients it's feeding on, I.E., phosphates, nitrates.

increase your wc and run a phosphate absorber. Snails etc won't hurt, but getting to the route of the problem and fixing that is better. My vote is phosphate and other nutrient build up.

I use a ro/di unit just got a brand new one so I don't know were all these phosphate are coming from

phosphate can leach out of rocks causing the algae to grow.

Phosphates (PO4) have several causes, For example, over feeding, not keeping the Sandbed clean, over stocking(build up of fish waste), lack of flow to get the bad stuff to your skimmer, do you have any macro algae in your sump, like Cheato? If not try to get a Cheap power compact light and put some in your sump, it will compete for the nutrients that the Green Hair Algae is using. It will keep your nutrients down after the Hair algae is gone as well.Just don't use Caulerpa instead of Cheato, it's bad news. What size is your skimmer rated for?Are you skimming pretty dry, or wet?

I am skimming dry right now

Try Skimming a little more wet, it would help to remove more DOC (Dissolved organic Compounds).

theres a solution thats guaranteed. If it doesnt work exactly as written in the time frame written post it up publicly we are proud to take the test.

The phosphate management and water change management are all great and what I use to lessen algae maintenance. The link above is how to kill 100% of it out of your tank so you can start clean, no better way. no animal can possibly be as fast or as thorough. If you join the thread make before and after pics like the others~!

somewhere on page 3ish is a powerhead before and after shot that looks exactly like yours. Using the method in that thread your tank will never look like that again regardless of your water params.

Retreatments are necessary, just like skimmers have to be cleaned, gfo and tank water has to be changed, and clean up crew animal waste has to be exported. All things are regenerative so peroxide is no different, if you'll focus on cleaner water and less bioload/feed input your retreatments will be greatly lessened. In the very least come tomorrow your tank can be free of that look for the rest of its time.

can I treat the whole tank with this or do I need to do it rock by rock and frag by frag I seen some people had treated the whole tank by just putting it in the tank and what is the does if I want to put it in my 150
