Which additives or supplements

Hello all,

I have a very basic cio cube 14

Current set up

No Fish

10 lbs of live rock

1 green colony polyp coral

1 pumping xenia

1 colt coral



Since I dont have any fish I am not "feeding" anything to the tank... Should I add anything to the tank for the corals ...

The colony polyp is well but the xenia and colt seem to be losing some luster...

Ive had the tank going for about 8 months now???

IME, in a tank of that size with a reasonably low bio load and mostly soft corals, regular water changes of around 20-30 percent total per month will very likely provide everything you need. Being a coral tank, I would also monitor calcium, alkalinity, phosphates, and nitrates regularly. JMTC & GL!
