Well Its getting worse, I clean it and it just does not stop beeping any longer. What do I need to replace? The impeller?

A 6101 wouldn't beep so I assume you have a 6100 or 6000. Beeping means either the impeller is jammed or the motor has failed. No beep and no operation means the power supply or driver has failed. A dead power supply is a possibility if this is a 6000 which had a smaller power supply (part 7210.202), on this pump if the impeller assembly jammed, the power supply can fail due to overload. It would be best to send it in, but besides power supplies and impeller assemblies and plastic parts, the motor and driver are no longer available, if one of these is the issue the only option will be to upgrade to the current model 6105.
