What pump to use for a 10gal Wet/Dry

Just got recently a used 45 gall aquarium with the following setup below.
Was wondering what pump to use....GPH...brand..etc..?

Depends on your overflow... is the tank drilled or are you going to be using a overflow box?

It has an overflow box

What GPH rating is the overflow box? You don't want a pump that pumps too fast for the overflow box...

A mag drive 7 will be more then sufficient just put a ball valve in the return line to adjust the flow. Of course that is assuming your sump sits under you tank and not in a nother room or on a different level of your house.
