I was browsing your site and noticed the pH Booster filter. Can you tell me how much this should raise my pH? Also where in a 5 stage system should this type of filter be placed?

I am suffering from low pH, 7.8 range in my aquarium. I've been trying to find a way to raise the pH, without using chemicals as they have not worked in the past. I believe my issue is a tightly sealed home, trapping CO2 within.

Thank you for your assistance!

The pH of your RODI water isn't where I'd start. If you're right, the co2 is the issue. Think about using our co2 absorbent material on the intake of your protein skimmer.

Looks like the page with that material is down at the moment - have it back up in a bit!

I am considering a CO2 scrubber as well. Thought that maybe if I also increased the pH of the RO/DI side as well would help the end product.

I'll take a look at your CO2 material this evening.

Thanks!
