Will 3 AI Sol blues be enough light for 75 gallon SPS tank?

Yea you should be fine. I've seen two on a 90 gal and the growth was amazing. With three you should no get any dark spot at all.

That is what I run and I cannot run them full power or it will be too much light for my SPS. My SPS's started getting pale colored when I had it up to 80-90% now at 60-70% my SPS's look great. I do not know why you would want to supplement with a T5?

Should the units be mounted lengthwise? The tank does have center brace and the units will be mounted in a conopy about 12" off water.

Does your tank have the thin, 2" or so, center brace or the thick, 10" of glass, brace? I decided to mount mine parallel to the front glass because of the 10" brace my tank has. I mounted one directly above that brace with another on each side. My lighting appears uniform with no shadowing that I can see. If I didn't have the thick brace I would have mounted them the standard way.

I have the small black 2" brace.

Cassklar, So you have the T5 suppliment to make the tank brighter for viewing? Did you see any lack of color or growth without it? I saw a 210 with three Sol blues and it was a little dark but had good growth from softies, LPS and SPS.
